Pleasantly suprised by Divinity's Twilight: Rebirth by @christopher_russell_author . I won a copy in a giveaway ages ago and my only regret is I didn't pick this one up sooner. This world is a mixture of technology and an interesting magic system. From the beginning you are swept into a conflict of epic proportions. I really enjoyed the main villain's chapters. Rebirth is well written (some chapters have a language & prose I enjoyed). That coupled with good characters, adventure and a maniacal villain bent on world domination makes for an immensely satsifying read.

Unplanned vacation read. My hotel room in Puerto Vallarta had a couple of books, one of them being the Priory of the Orange Tree. Might as well jump in and read this chunky one on the beach.

Florals...for spring? Groundbreaking 😍🌸

I must say, after listening to the audiobook of Legends & Lattes, it is so comforting to come back to this cozy fantasy world and listen to the prequel, Bookshops & Bonedust.

A few more days until the Hokusai exhibition at @seattleartmuseum
